This ensures that every member enjoys uncompromised access to our digital ecosystem and bespoke services.

ARTICLE I: RESPONSIBLE RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS

Anti-Hoarding Protocol: The automated reservation engine is designed to secure authentic dining experiences. Members are prohibited from creating multiple speculative reservations on the same date and time across different venues ("double-booking").

Timely Modifications: We understand that schedules shift. However, to honor our premier partner restaurants and fellow members, cancellations or adjustments to table and menu selections must be executed via the platform within the venue’s specified grace period.

Chronic Non-Attendance: Repeated failure to attend confirmed reservations ("no-shows") without prior notice disrupts the harmony of our ecosystem. The Club reserves the right to temporarily restrict automated booking privileges for accounts demonstrating a pattern of irresponsible reservation management.

ARTICLE II: EQUITABLE ACCESS TO SIGNATURE SERVICES

Bespoke Capacity: Our In-Residence Gastronomy, Gastronomic Sanctuary, and Initiate services involve the deployment of highly sought-after culinary masters and dedicated hospitality staff.

Reasonable Demand Allocation: To ensure all members have the opportunity to commission these private services, scheduling is subject to reasonable allocation limits during peak seasons (such as major holidays and traditional festive periods).

Advance Notice: Requests for complex culinary setups or large-scale private commissions must be submitted with reasonable lead time, allowing our concierge team to orchestrate the details to our exact, uncompromised standards.

ARTICLE III: DIGITAL INTEGRITY & AUTOMATION

Personal Account Security: Your MORAGoût account and digital profile are strictly personal. Members may not share their credentials with individuals outside their immediate, authorized circle or use the platform to secure VVIP assets for commercial resale.

System Integrity: The automated engine relies on seamless data flows to provide real-time availability. The use of external bots, unauthorized automated scripts, or scraping tools to bypass the standard user interface is strictly prohibited.

Fair Resource Consumption: Any deliberate attempt to disrupt the platform's infrastructure, strain the server capacity, or manipulate the review process will result in immediate account suspension.

ARTICLE IV: SOCIAL EVENT ENGAGEMENT

RSVP Etiquette: To maintain the intimacy of our signature soirées and exclusive menu avant-premieres, members who RSVP or secure a ballot spot are expected to attend.

Guest Allocation: When an invitation permits a guest, members must ensure their companion adheres to the same level of decorum and dress code mandated by the Club and the hosting venue.

Ballot Fairness: For Priority members utilizing the event ballot system, allocations are distributed systematically to ensure that all members within the tier receive an equitable opportunity to attend exclusive gatherings throughout the calendar year.

ARTICLE V: COMPLIANCE AND REMEDIES

System Monitoring: MORAGoût quietly audits platform metrics and reservation patterns to identify unusual activity that may disadvantage the community.

Amicable Rectification: In most instances of unintended policy breach, our team will reach out privately to help align your platform usage with our community standards.

Discretionary Enforcement: Continuous or flagrant disregard for this Fair Use Policy undermines the sanctuary of the Club. MORAGoût retains the unilateral right to suspend digital access or adjust an account’s priority status to protect the collective experience of our membership.
