Welcome to MORAGoût. These Terms and Conditions govern your application, membership, and utilization of the MORAGoût web and mobile applications, bespoke culinary services, and private social events (collectively, "the Services"). By accessing the platform or accepting an invitation to join, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these statutes.

ARTICLE I: THE ADMISSION AND REVIEW PROCESS

Discretionary Invitation: Membership in MORAGoût is an exclusive privilege, not a right. The Club retains absolute, unilateral autonomy over the admission, suspension, and revocation of all memberships.

Dossier Accuracy: Applicants for the Priority and Elite tiers must provide complete, accurate, and truthful registration data, including full legal name, date of birth, profession, and nationality. Any misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification.

The Review Window: The internal Review Board evaluates all application dossiers within forty-eight (48) hours. The decision to accept or decline an applicant is final.

Non-Disclosure of Criteria: To protect the integrity and image of the Club, MORAGoût operates under strict internal benchmarks. In the event an application is declined, the Club is under no obligation to provide the applicant with specific reasons or feedback.

ARTICLE II: MEMBERSHIP TIERS & ELEVATION

Priority Status: Grants full access to the automated reservation engine and menu pre-selection. Attendance at social soirées requires individual registration via the platform and is subject to capacity and vetting.

Elite Status: Accessible via application and subsequent private onboarding tele-consultation. Members receive heightened priority, tailored conditions, and direct lines to the concierge team.

The Pinnacle Status: The absolute zenith of the Club. This tier is strictly by invitation only and cannot be applied for. Members receive automatic, unprompted invitations to all global gatherings.

Status Audits: The Review Board regularly monitors account usage. Upgrades from Priority to Elite, or Elite to The Pinnacle, are extended strictly at the committee's discretion based on platform engagement and culinary expenditure.

ARTICLE III: FINANCIAL FRAMEWORK

Initiation Fees and Dues: Upon acceptance, the designated non-refundable Initiation Fee and the initial Recurring Monthly Dues must be settled immediately to activate the account.

Maintenance of Account: Monthly dues must be cleared on the stipulated billing date. Failure to settle dues will result in the immediate, automated suspension of platform privileges and event access.

Non-Refundability: All financial transactions, initiation fees, and monthly dues paid to MORAGoût are completely non-refundable, regardless of voluntary resignation or involuntary account termination.

ARTICLE IV: THE AUTOMATED CONCIERGE ENGINE

Reservation Scope: The platform provides real-time table availability—ranging from standard dining rooms to private VVIP salons—across our curated network of partner establishments.

Menu Selection: The platform allows members to seamlessly pre-select and secure their menu courses concurrently with their table booking.

Establishment Policies: While MORAGoût facilitates seamless priority booking, members are legally bound by the individual house rules, cancellation policies, and dress codes of the partner restaurants.

ARTICLE V: BESPOKE CULINARY SERVICES

In-Residence Gastronomy: Requests for private chefs and butler services within a personal residence must be arranged through the platform with adequate notice. Logistics, menu curation, and guest flow will be coordinated directly with the member.

The Gastronomic Sanctuary: Access to secure, unlisted dining environments for private hosting or confidential conversations is subject to availability and tier priorities.

The Gifting Suite: Refined culinary gifts and hampers arranged member-to-member or for private milestones are custom-curated and executed under strict delivery protocols.

ARTICLE VI: THE "INITIATE" PRIVILEGE

Bespoke Commissions: Members hold the right to request MORAGoût to design, plan, and execute private milestones (e.g., anniversaries, birthdays, micro-weddings).

Scale of Operation: MORAGoût will act as the master collaborator, managing operations from intimate private dinners to large-scale venue takeovers, subject to individual event budgeting agreements.

ARTICLE VII: THE SOCIAL CLUB AND CALENDAR

The Shared Sanctuary: MORAGoût serves as a private, cross-border social club for individuals of discerning taste. The calendar features seasonal soirées, private art auctions, and philanthropic galas.

Global Access: Members may utilize their digital privileges and attend official Club events across all operational international metropolises, enabling global networking.

RSVP Mandates

The Pinnacle and Elite members are granted immediate entry upon receipt of automated invitations.

Priority members must register interest via the application, with final confirmation dependent on remaining event capacity.

ARTICLE VIII: DECORUM, ETIQUETTE, AND PRIVACY

Absolute Privacy: The identity, booking history, and professional context of all members are classified under strict institutional non-disclosure. Members are strictly prohibited from sharing or disclosing the presence of other members at events or sanctuaries.

Peer Decorum: Members must maintain impeccable decorum at all times. Unsolicited commercial solicitation, intrusive behavior, or aggressive networking toward other members (especially high-profile public figures) will not be tolerated.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any behavior that compromises the peace, prestige, or sanctuary of MORAGoût will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of membership.

ARTICLE IX: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & AMENDMENTS

Third-Party Providers: While MORAGoût curates only premier partner restaurants and third-party culinary masters, the Club is not liable for operational failures, service disputes, or personal property issues occurring within independent partner venues.

Statute Alterations: MORAGoût reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions quietly at any time to preserve the standards of the Club. Continued utilization of the Platform or Services following updates constitutes an implicit agreement to the revised statutes.
