Access to MORAGoût is strictly limited to active, paying subscribers. Your membership tier (Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum) defines your privileges, including priority access and exemption from certain reservation fees.
To ensure the operational integrity of our elite restaurant partners, a Down Payment (DP) is strictly enforced for specific tiers (e.g., 20% of the average menu price for Silver/Gold members, or 50% for pre-ordered menus). This DP is a security hold.
Failure to arrive at the venue without prior cancellation within the stipulated grace period (a "No-Show") will result in the forfeiture of the DP. This is non-negotiable to protect our culinary partners.
Diamond and Platinum members are exempt from routine Down Payment holds, operating strictly on a trusted relationship basis. However, repeated No-Shows from elite tiers will result in immediate review and potential revocation of membership status without refund.
By opting into the Invisible Payment and seamless bill-splitting (AA) feature, you authorize MORAGoût to securely process the final dining invoice via your registered high-end credit facility (Visa Infinite, Amex, Apple Pay) upon the conclusion of your meal.
